Greek financial delimena has recently been well doecumented in the financial sections recently. They are broke and looking for sources to fund their Socialist Government. Cruising License for charter yachts spending more than 40 days a year in Greek waters, suspencion of on the duty free fuel, the 2% rise in VAT up to 21%and income tax issues for Greek owners and restictions on foreign yachts all complicate matters.
