Jay and Kris Welcome You Aboard Semper Fi

Born and raised in North East Florida, Jay has been on the ocean his entire life. He began his boating career before he could drive, splitting his summers between the Florida coasts. At his uncle’s marina, he learned the value of hard work and developed a respect for the sea. Four years in the U.S. Navy taught him responsibility and fostered a love of travel. His cruising grounds include the oceans of the South Pacific, the Bahamas, and all the way up the beautiful New England coast. Eight years ago, Jay moved to the Caribbean and fell in love with the area. Working and playing throughout the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, has given Jay an extensive knowledge of these waters. He will ensure safe, fun and adventurous excursions to spectacular dive sights, secluded beaches and world-class snorkel locations.

Jay’s great sense of humor, mixed with Southern hospitality and a twist of Caribbean relaxation ensures your vacation will be happy, safe and unforgettable. An avid surfer, Jay also enjoys diving, fishing and playing the guitar.
Kris was born in Vancouver, British Colombia and has been in love with the outdoors and the water for as long as she can remember. A former school teacher, Kris relocated to the Caribbean six years ago. She is a graduate of the American Yacht Institute and has studied with gourmet and charter yacht chefs. Kris’ confident style and international flair shines in her delightfully colorful, wonderfully delicious menu. From formal silver service dining to the informal family-style dinner, her creations are certain to entertain the most discerning palette.

In addition to her talents in the galley, Kris is also first mate and stewardess. She enjoys sailing, diving and exploring new places. Her fun-loving nature, sense of humor and warm smile will welcome you and ensure your every comfort.

Teamwork and communication come naturally to Jay and Kris. Working and sailing side by side for the past six years has given this team a unique ability to face any challenge together. They will combine their talents to ensure the vacation of a lifetime.
